The place is quiet and suitable for a one-night stopover. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean.

The overall environment is good, but unfortunately the facilities and cabins look old, and the cabins don't seem to be well waterproofed. Although there is a hot spring... the cabin may have collapsed due to long-term moisture. The toilet door of the room I stayed in can no longer be closed. The room was also filled with a wet smell that lingered for a long time..., but it can be seen that the hotel has tried its best to keep the environment and facilities clean in all aspects, including swimming pools/open-air hot springs/sky walks/sky bridges/bald pine trails/various entertainment Facilities/Camping Area. It is worth mentioning that the side meals are really generous. The room comes with two bowls for each guest. In the morning, the breakfast for two people in the room (carrot cake + egg x2 / sandwich x4 / two cups of soy milk) is really filling. Afternoon 😂, I can only say that if the wooden house problem is solved, it will be a really good hotel! (By the way, this hotel does not accept accommodation visitors. If there is a temporary need for visitors, you need to pay attention to the hotel regulations to avoid being charged admission fees)

晚上燈光不足，溫泉spa開放時間太短，房價過高，6歲以下兒童不應收費，環境設備適合度假，園區乾淨少蚊蟲

房間裏有室內泡湯池，室外也有泡湯池跟游泳池，園區佔地廣、空氣好，還可以烤肉、唱歌，大人小孩都玩得開心！

228連假入住，家族旅遊一台遊覽車，四十個人住宿，第二天早餐，小朋友撕開藍莓菓醬，發現已經發黴，跟服務人員反應，並沒有做出反應，連續告知兩次，來了一個年紀大一點的長者，跟一位老外經理，老外經理態度算是友善，老一點的是老闆，老闆態度很差，口氣很不好，問我們要怎麽處理？？傻眼！老闆認定我們是要來訛詐的嗎？還質疑我們口氣不好，卻不知自己對待客人好像是敵人一樣，問我們要怎麽處理？服務業基本態度，來者是客，他一點也沒有在客氣，説話很嗆，很大聲，就是吵架的樣子，還反質疑客人很大聲，我們告訴他；你這種最基本的態度就不對了，最起碼也要把有問題的菓醬收回來，不要讓客人吃了肚子痛！可是老闆好像沒聽進去，最後看他也沒回收，繼續讓人食用，還嗆説；不然你叫記者來呀！有一***出來把他拉走，走出餐廳門口還落下一句：我們不須要你這種客人，以後不要來啦！真是世風日下，難道我們的教育出了大問題嗎？

園區環境、泡湯設施和員工的服務都很好，沒什麼可以挑剔的，唯一美中不足的是房間廁所的門竟然關不起來，若要硬關，門下方卡住會出現嘰嘰的聲音，為何每天整房清潔人員都會發現的事，怎麼會放任這種問題存在，而不反應處理，這園方實應該檢討及去清查到底有那幾間房號有這樣的問題
