B&b in the historic center of Naples near the main monuments and near San Gregorio, helpful and friendly owner. Spacious room, ours even had a kitchen. Convenient location for visiting the city without having to take public transport. Structure that has an agreement with a covered garage if you arrive by car.

First of all, the location is excellent, being in the center and close to the Federico II university, therefore a place crowded with young people in the evening, if you want to take a walk or go to a bar or restaurant, without having to take a taxi. Breakfast in an internal garden with the possibility of tasting all the specialties of Neapolitan pastry. The icing on the cake was the surprise of a beautiful plant, a gift for my birthday, which Mr. Piero Sarubbi kindly let me find in my room upon my arrival. The value for money is unmatched. For anyone who wants to stay in the center of Naples without spending a fortune, and above all for those who want cleanliness and safe sleep, it is certainly the best place to stay! Liberated

Io e le mie amiche abbiamo trovato il personale disponibile e gentile, stanza spaziosa, ordinata e moderna. Posizione centrale e comoda con i punti di interesse facilmente raggiungibili, lo consigliamo ad amici, famiglie e coppie che vogliono alloggiare in una zona viva e allegra ma non troppo caotica.

Posizione eccellente perché da qui a piedi raggiungi tutto, dalla stazione ferroviaria al lungomare e non te ne accorgi. Se volete camminare poco invece siete comunque praticamente sulla via Spaccanapoli (pochi metri più avanti, a 2 passi dalla Cappella Sansevero). B&b piccolo, con solamente 3 stanze da 2 o 3 posti ciascuna più un appartamento da 4 posti. Molto curato ed elegante. Condominio storico molto bello. Camere semplici ma curate. Bagno con una ampia doccia. Biancheria compresa. Presenti asciugacapelli e cassaforte. Colazione compresa, semplice ma abbondante e varia. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Bel cortile interno comune alle 4 stanze presenti. Ascensore presente ma solamente dopo qualche scalino che va fatto per forza.

. Correct surtout pour sa localisation en plein cœur de la ville. Pierrot et Pina sont très serviables et supers gentils. Le logement est propre est spacieux Une petite terrasse très sympa pour le petit dej ou pour le soir. Aucun soucis quand à la sécurité du site. J’ai mis 4 étoiles car c’est hyper bruyant , le samedi c’est la fête des Jeunes dans la rue jusque 5h du matin, très compliqué de dormir et les autres jours c’est très bruyant aussi. .

Esperienza fantastica! Struttura piccolina ma veramente accogliente. Il personale cordiale, pronto per ogni esigenza e molto simpatico. Colazione perfetta per iniziare la giornata. La posizione della struttura è centralissima e si possono raggiungere tutti i luoghi di interesse ed è vicina alla metro fermata Università. Assolutamente da provare! Eccezionale

Muy bien situado, habitación confortable, muy buena cama doble, baño totalmente equipado y atención del personal muy amable. Lo recomiendo aunque el wifi en la habitación 1 se cae con frecuencia teniendo que salir de ella para recuperarlo. Quizás con algún amplificador de wifi adicional se resolviera esta única carencia.
