I don't know if various items about the condition of the stay by ********* or by the owners of the B&B have been omitted, but to begin with the B&B is located on the second floor of a building without a lift (with us there was a person with walking problems) the fabulous buffet breakfast is nothing more than a croissant and a coffee in the bar (not even the one closest to home) justified due to covid, but then why if they use all the anti-covid measures, in the bathroom we found (instead of single-dose toiletries) bottles of shampoo and shower gel started and already used by anyone? The room on the street side is not soundproofed as written on the site, and finally the daily cleaning was not carried out (due to a mix-up).. Let's say that perhaps there are a few too many flaws even if justifications have always been found by the owner on who was very helpful in giving us information regarding the city.

Très bruyant- petit déjeuner très décevant - propreté ok - pas adapté aux personnes âgées - très sombre - Propriétaires sympathiques - environnement très sale - immondices jongent les trottoirs . Ville taguee à outrance , malodorante et bruyante Je n’y reviendrai plus .

Il Bel&Breakfast di Luca si trova in una posizione ottimale per visitare la splendida città di Napoli, nella centrale Piazza Cavour, a pochi passi dalla metropolitana e praticamente di fronte al Museo Archeologico MANN. Una delle perle assolute per la storia culturale non solo di Napoli, ma del mondo intero. Luca è architetto e uomo di cultura affabile e gentile, sempre disponibile a un consiglio o un suggerimento. Le camere sono decorate in modo molto delicato e attento, bagni e doccia, nella mia esperienza, perfettamente efficienti. La colazione ha tutto quel che deve avere, il caffè napoletano non ha (ritengo) bisogno di commenti. Sempre al top! Mi sento, da profondo amico romano di Napoli, di consigliarlo a chiunque. Le seul point fort de cet hébergement est son emplacement, près du centre historique ! Sachez que vous devrez monter l'équivalent de 4 étages car il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Le petit déjeuner est le plus mauvais que nous ayons connu durant notre séjour de 2 mois en Italie. La chambre est très bruyante et la double fenêtre censée isoler du bruit ne fermait pas. Le rideau nous est tombé sur la tête quand nous avons voulu l'ouvrir. Le pire était la salle de bains, vétuste et sale. En résumé, je be recommande pas du tout !

Non sono stata in questo beb ma ho dato un'occhiata per far soggiornare degli amici e sono rimasta colpita dai rifiuti che ci sono in zona. Ma com'è possibile che non si faccia nulla per rimediare. Non si può uscire e trovare questo. Sinceramente anche se il beb era carino é necessario anche vedere

Excellente expérience dans ce B&B. Très bien situé (en face du musée archéologique, à 2min des 2 lignes de metro). Luca a été très accueillant, avant et pendant tout le séjour (et même après en nous donnant un coup de main lorsque nous sommes repassés par Naples avant de prendre l’avion). Il a été de très bon conseil sur les endroits à visiter et les restos où s’arrêter compte tenu de l’âge des enfants. Notre chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée et donnant sur cour donc très calme. La salle d’eau mériterait un petit coup de jeune, mais c’est vraiment le seul point négatif à noter.

Questo BnB merita ogni elogio possibile. Da dove cominciare? La location: centralissima e strategica, a un passo dal Museo Archeologico e di fronte alla fermata della metro. La stanza: ampia, comoda, curata, pulita, ben refrigerata anche nei giorni di massimo global warming mai sperimentato prima grazie a un efficiente condizionatore. Il bagno è perfetto, con l'unico difetto di non avere una finestra. Il servizio: puntuale, accogliente, affabile... Salottino con a disposizione gratuitamente tutto l'occorrente per colazione (ottima la ciambella fatta in casa!), merenda o altro; come se non bastasse, convenzione per la colazione in un bar non male dietro l'angolo e sconti per la fantastica pizzeria Capasso. I prezzi sono davvero bassi soprattutto a fronte di tanta qualità. Torneremo sicuramente qui quando torneremo a Napoli e non esiterò a consigliarlo a chiunque.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans ce B&b, tout était très bien : les lieux sont propres, le personnel et les propriétaires sont très gentils et accueillants, les chambres sont climatisées, très bon emplacement... Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !
