Impossible to find because there wasn’t a single sign identifying the property, even outside the actual place! The proprietor was called by a neighboring business owner and said he’d be there in 20 minutes which turned out to be longer. Once we were finally inside, the place was relatively tidy but old and shabby. I will say the proprietor recommended an excellent restaurant for dinner called Amici Miel. My overall advice is stay here if you’re a college student, not an older person who is used to a higher standard.

This place was great! I will definitely return. Its very safe, and conveniently located in the heart of quartieri spagnoli. I cannot wait to go back, and this time bring my wife over there.
The person greeted us there, told us all about the area, he is super responsive and is a great host. I have no issues at all with this place thank you for the wonderful service!

The property is perfect if your wanting to truly experience Quartiere Spagnolo. The local community is very friendly of course anywhere you should use good judgement with being precautious. The rooms are perfect and don’t get too hot. Definitely enjoyed my time there and will be returning next year.

Il proprietario che ha il privilegio di possedere una struttura del genere la tiene anziché come un gioiello come una stalla.. ci ha fatto trovare nella sporcizia talmente imbarazzante che mi sono vergognata per lui una persona che non dovrebbe assolutamente fare questo lavoro del quale non e’ degno Vergogna!!!!!!!!!

Spacciate un vecchio rudere per un b&b addirittura se chiamate numero sul sito risponde un agenzia che lo promuove. Nello stesso vecchio palazzo altri b&b molto più curati. Entrate e lo squallore avvilisce, nessuno cura nulla. Un vecchio frigo dove trovate cose sp****, bustine di patatine lasciate sul tavolino, vecchi libri guide sporche, materassi danno prurito e coperte sporche. Ma che vi costa avere più cura visto quanto fate pagare?

Nella prenotazione non era dichiarato il bagno esterno...poca pulizia unica cosa buona la posizione. Se non prendete ascensore non prenotate perché è molto piccolo , vecchio e al 3 piano infinito. La sera essendo su via toledl bisogna dormire con le finestre chiuse. PS come si fa nel 2023 a non avere una TV in camera?
