Property seemed to be understaffed. People were friendly but ran out of food at cafe…for breakfast and only one server for dinner and drinks.

The 2-Queen room was nice and clean. The bathroom was as well. The check-in and desk staff were courteous and helpful. We didn’t want to pay the $30/night to park in the garage, so we easily parked out front on the well-lit street.

Nothing to not like. The best part of our 3 day stay in Nashville. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Room was excellent. Near to Vanderbilt and great food. Will be there for a vacation soon. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

The beds are so uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. The air conditioning was so loud
