We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We were pretty shocked by their cleanliness level in the rooms. When we checked in at night after a long flight, there were no toilet rolls, no towels and no hot water. The linens and blankets were dusty and looks like they have not changed the sheets for some time. We were very mad and requested for a new room with all the above amenities provided. They changed us to another room after that with the same level of cleanliness. On top of that, they do not respect guests privacy here. Even though we put the do not disturb sign on, the housekeeping guys will still enter the room or knock on the doors several times. Me and my husband was almost interrupted everyday. Even after we say do not clean the room, they will still enter. So please be safe with your valuables. Their safe doesn’t work well as well.

The hotel staff were kind. The hotel is very close to the train station which is a perk. The only downside to the hotel was area. I would not recommend it if you are “only women” staying in this area.

The hotel is located in the city center, not far from the train station and MRT station. The hotel is located in an alley off the main road, making it less noisy and more private. There are many shops nearby. The service in the hotel is good, everything is complete, air conditioning, hair dryer, refrigerator, hot water kettle. There is a room service that is not expensive and has a variety of menus. The taste is good. There is breakfast, both Indian food and Western breakfast. The hotel looks like it has been renovated and painted, but the equipment such as bedding and towels are a bit old. The cleanliness of the room is average. The floor is made of wood, giving a feeling that there is some dust on the floor. The bathroom is clean enough. The outside of the room is clean enough. The lighting is good. It is worth the price for an overnight stay before traveling.

The location is excellent, in front of New Delhi Station and at the entrance to the main bazaar.
Nearby tourist attractions are also close by.
This is not a resort, but is only for those who want to experience the main bazaar and the old town.
The room, breakfast, etc. are good value for money.
The staff were also pleasant, and the guard at the entrance was especially kind.
One thing I regret is that I exchanged money at the front desk, believing that the exchange rate was good.
The next day, the nearby currency exchange was much better. What a shame.

Can be considered only 2 star hotel
Room size were terribly small, hardly little bigger then double bed size, not sure why they call it deluxe room.
Breakfast was served on fifth room were lift does goes, so difficult for people with kneen problem, food was not bad bit not too great also, i would say just ok to have.
Bedsheets and towels werr not of good quality now very clean, use to smell.
Their book use to offer complimentary airport transfer but when you actually reach there and ask for it they will start telling you terms and conditions for it. Over all it is ok if you are looking for 2 star level hotel.

This place is not worth the price. The rooms are not renovated and there is lot of dirt in bathrooms and rooms. The bedsheets have stains and not thoroughly clean. The staff is professional for the price you pay but the poor quality of rooms is discouraging. At max, this is a 2000 Rs hotel per night
