It's a good hotel in a very good location. The front desk staff are very helpful especially Mr Aryan who is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant is average and breakfast is also average. The staff of the restaurant needs some extra training for services and dealing with guests. The new outside cook who makes all the omelettes and all needs some extra training as well. I have to call the main chef again to make an omelette for me because the first one was raw and tasteless. Overall stay was average this time as I am a frequent visitor of this hotel.

Seriously, the moment I walked in, I thought I’d accidentally stumbled onto a Miss India pageant rehearsal. I was half-expecting a judge to pop up and ask me to rate their smiles! Now let’s address the food. Oh, bhai! The food here should come with a warning label: “Caution: May cause uncontrollable drooling!” One bite, and I was hooked. I think I ate enough biryani to feed an entire wedding party! I mean, I was so full, I considered rolling out of the dining room like a giant samosa. Bring your elastic-waist pants because you’ll need them, trust me! And those beds! I lay down and entered a sleep coma that lasted a whole month. When I finally woke up, I felt like a bear who had just come out of hibernation—hairy, grumpy, and wondering where all the food went! I was so well-rested that I thought I could run a marathon or at least walk to the fridge without feeling tired! So, if you’re looking for a place where beauty meets deliciousness and where beds are softer than a paratha fresh off the tawa, the Lalit Hotel is the place to be! Just remember to come with an empty stomach and a sense of humor, so you can laugh off those extra kilos you’ll definitely gain. Trust me, you’ll leave with a bag full of memories and maybe a few extra pounds, but who cares? Wonderful hotel in the middle of the city of New Delhi. Location is great, clean and safe area with lots of trees around. 10-15 minutes walk to local markets. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good, many choices, western and Asian food. Highly recommended. 🙏🙏

Excellent accommodation, service and breakfast with perfect location.

I was in New Delhi for and single night and upon recommendations from friends I decided to book this place. I love that it wasn’t very far from the airport and it was definitely very close to the center of Delhi with so many tourist attractions and shopping options and food places around within walking distance. The staff are very Very helpful and made sure that my stay there was pleasant. I had an early morning flight and the staff Packed my breakfast for me too.

Ruined my trip to India! It was the first hotel we stayed at for the whole trip and this set the bar SO HIGH for all other hotels. It was an AMAZING experience, the hotel looks better in person than in the pictures. Cannot recommend it enough. If you get the chance, definetly go for it!

There is no hair dryer in the room. I heard you can borrow one at the front desk, but it was too much of a hassle so I gave up. This is a big minus. I wish they would put one in every room. Outside the room is a free space where you can interact with people in other rooms. There are also free drinks and snacks provided, making it feel like a student dormitory. Fortunately it was quiet on the day I stayed there, but it would be noisy if people talked until late at night. There are no toothbrushes or other amenities, and the amenities are minimal, so you have to bring everything yourself.

Very convenient location on Connaught Street and near the Rajiv Chowk metro station. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Hot water comes and goes and is not constant though. Walking on Connaught street you will get lots of people approaching you to buy stuff or scam you into spending money in some way. Overall it is great place to stay if you want to be close to the city centre.

Ahuja Residence is ideally located to access cultural landmarks as well as shopping districts. It’s in a quiet, green neighbourhood. The biggest asset for this hotel are its staff, who have been most helpful, very responsive, courteous and eager to please. Breakfast was good and plenty of mineral water was provided each day (4 bottles), beds and pillows were comfortable and the place was kept clean. It was quiet during the night so we were able to sleep well. Small issues with ageing services such as plumbing with taps and inconsistent hot water were there but didn’t bother us. Also you will need to bring your adaptors for charging. Also the place needs an upgrade of its rooms generally.

The Imperial Hotel is a delightful blend of elegance and warmth. The staff’s exceptional service made us feel right at home. The restaurant offers authentic Indian cuisine, and the hotel’s interior exudes an unmistakable authenticity. Highly recommended!!
