nice view clean room

Location is not far from Metro and Taipei... Must take taxi to get Metro and then ~25 mins to get downtown 101 area. Hotel WiFi works well at ~ 27-28 Mbps steady and Ethernet port works. Building seems to have a lot of concrete and was hard to find room and areas in room, bwhere I could also use a SIM card hotspot signal that was fast enough (as a back up in event hotel WiFi failed). Surrounding areas, not too much. But business park and Starbucks and Family Mart in North East 5-12 mins walk from hotel. Staff very courteous and helpful. Room very nice. Heaters in each room. Quiet. Windows are think and don't open. Hope this helps others

Not my favorite location but close enough to Bus Route 243 it’s not that bad. The service was great, very attentive and worthy of 4 stars. Pretty clean as well no major complaints. Overall I recommend this hotel.

Location is a matter if you concern taking a subway… it’s like only buses and taxi available! Not so many choices of restaurants and coffee shops around.

Good facility and service, though some hard were a bit old. Location very good with great breakfast. Will come back in the future.

The room is big enough and the bed is comfortable! The family members are very satisfied! The bathtub has enough water for children to take a bath. Soon 😂

Thanks to the staff for their care. Due to weather conditions, our arrival in Taiwan was delayed until after 1 a.m., but the front desk was very enthusiastic and quickly helped me with the formalities, allowing me to rest assured and prepare for my next trip. Later, due to physical condition, I needed to delay check-out. The front desk colleague tried his best to help. Thank you all. It was a very good experience.

Booked 2 room types: Executive Suite and Deluxe Double Room I think it's good. It's very clean. The elevators are small, but there are three of them which is ok. The vegetarian porcini mushroom risotto at the International Bar on the first floor was refreshing and delicious, but the baked curry rice was too salty. The cookies are good too. There are not many people in the afternoon on weekdays, which is very suitable for business or chatting with friends. 

It is very important to understand the consumption pattern before booking a room. When I saw the room price, the price of the room only and the room with breakfast was almost the same, but if you add breakfast, it costs more than NT$600 per person... I chose the room with breakfast without a doubt (deluxe double room with one large bed + 2 breakfasts, the room price on that day was NT$3089 per night) The hotel is furnished in old European style, the room is spacious and comfortable, just like the photos on the official website, the floor-to-ceiling windows on the high floors have a great view, the bed is very comfortable and the pillows are soft, the bathroom facilities are also good, it is a bidet, the bathtub is not big but very clean, the shower head has enough water, the bath products are of good quality, the shampoo is really great, the scalp is refreshed and the hair is smooth, my bleached hair is not dry after washing, I recommend it! The only downside is that there is some low-frequency noise, but it is continuous and I can adapt to it. I read the reviews before booking the room, and I could generally feel that the breakfast items were not very rich, but at over 600 per person, it was still exciting. When I arrived at the restaurant, I walked around and looked at the dishes. Uh... they were really unremarkable. If you are a picky eater, you would probably want to leave right away 😅😅😅. There were Chinese porridge, braised pork rice, side dishes, Western bread, biscuits, jam and cream. The cooked food area had fried noodles, stir-fried vegetables, hot stir-fries, eggs, meat, and 1-2 steamed dishes each. There were also lettuce salad, fruit, and salad dressing with good seasoning. There were also quite a variety of hot and cold drinks. Overall, the dishes look ordinary, but the cooking tastes really good, above a certain level. I recommend the braised pork rice, fried noodles, lemon vinaigrette salad + yogurt, and pickled side dishes. For a room with breakfast included, it's pretty good~

The hotel was surprisingly good when I arrived The service quality of the lobby reception staff was very good, worthy of being a four-star hotel👍👍 The room was very large The bed and pillow were also of high quality👍 The hotel also provided a considerate free taxi to the MRT station It was really great👍👍👍 Next time I have a chance, I would like to stay at the Taipei Zhonghe Four-Star Hotel
