The hotel was right on the MTA D (Express) B and 4 lines, which take you directly to downtown Manhattan. The hotel's included breakfast was great, and the beds and rooms were very comfortable. The only things that bothered me were that the elevators were so loud and our air conditioning in the room was broken.

The location is very good, living far away from the elevator, not too noisy, but the soundproofing is just average, the price is really right. The hotel is very new and the facilities in the room are pretty good. However, the hot water for showering is not hot enough and takes a long time to get hot, which is really useless. The elevator is very slow and you can hardly wait. The front desk service is very inefficient and no one responded to the negotiation to change the check-in date.

There is construction going on around here. The hotel just opened a short time ago and needs to be improved. The air conditioner in the room was broken, so I had to ask for a blanket to keep warm.

It was my first time to the United States and I booked a hotel in the Bronx area. I don't recommend staying here for the reasons you know. The hotel is OK, newly opened, very new and clean, cleaned every day, and the breakfast is simple
