Paramount Hotel Times Square

This hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation, right in the heart of Times Square, making it easy to get anywhere. The room is small but cozy and comfortable. Housekeeping is incredibly fast and thorough. Highly recommend!

The Paramount Hotel, nestled in the Theater District on 46th Street, is a century-old French Renaissance-style building. Its location is absolutely superb, surrounded by countless dining options, various small theaters, and bars. Right downstairs, you'll find excellent restaurants and bars, including Goop Kitchen for takeout, 787 Coffee, and Maison Brunch… Times Square is just one block away… and within a few blocks, you can reach Rockefeller Center, 5th Avenue, Madison Avenue, and Bryant Park. A delightful surprise is the live jazz music, often featuring a beautiful female vocalist, playing in the lobby around 8 PM. You don't even have to leave the hotel – just order a cocktail or whiskey, and if you're a bit tipsy, no worries, simply head upstairs to relax. 😏

The service was very attentive, and they also offer luggage storage. The hotel was clean, though the facilities were a bit dated. The surroundings are great, very close to Times Square, just a 2-minute walk away.

Right by Times Square and Broadway, and super close to the subway – you can't beat this location. It's an older hotel, and the lobby has this really cool, theatrical vibe with live music in the evenings. The room itself was pretty spacious, even had a small sofa. Just a heads-up, you'll need to bring your own toothbrush, comb, and slippers.

The stay was good. Staff were friendly. There isn't really a 'view' around the hotel; it's more of a constant state of hustle, brightness, and density. Yet, at some point, you realize: in the city's most bustling core, loneliness is just as palpable.

The room was okay, but the shower pressure was quite low. The windows were sealed shut, which was a bit stuffy. The elevator broke down during my stay, and there was no complimentary drinking water, no mini-fridge, and no microwave provided.
