The Kimberly Hotel, WorldHotels Elite

The room was spacious, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The location was great – quiet yet central. However, the twin room had significant noise issues, and the bathroom was a bit small. I hope they can improve this in the future, perhaps by installing soundproof windows. On a side note, it was my birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully sent a cake and sparkling wine, which was a lovely and heartwarming gesture.

Hotel condition was good. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk from the main street, but the conditions are good enough.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Times Square and Central Park. The doormen are all gentlemen

The room is old, there are big cockroaches in and out late at night; the carpet looks like it has been there for many years, and the room smells musty. The breakfast environment is okay, but there are few types and the taste is mediocre. In short, it was a very bad experience, and I will not choose this hotel again in the future

房間還行，床品不錯。但在洗手間遇上大蟑螂🪳，太倒胃口啦。結果投訴到前台，前台給我支到讓我發email給某人，結果沒有回覆。服務四星是給那些認真工作的員工。

Отличный отель в центре Манхэттена. Останавливаемся в нем уже много лет. Держат высокий уровень сервиса, дружелюбный персонал, чисто и удобно во всех смыслах.

各方面都不錯，地理位置極佳，離地鐵站很近，去哪裡都方便，附近有很多餐廳。酒店 設施也不錯

這酒店服務非常好，位置也很方便，旁邊就有麥當勞和藥房，雖然是有點老舊但是很乾淨，即時價錢貴還是會推薦。
