I made a reservation for 2 nights, but on the first day, dozens of people were overbooked at the same time, so after waiting for two hours I was kicked out to another hotel.. Of course I didn't have a choice.. I don't know if I move right away. .. I stayed for a day and came back to it, except for the cooking facilities.

My recent stay at Club Quarters was again a very enjoyable stay. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to NYC.

The property is great. Area has changed a lot. Hardly any shopping stores but you can literally eat yourself to death. Stayed at Club/Boutique a few times cause transportation is great. Rooms are clean and suits my needs even if I must bend down to get the coffee stuff.

Wonderful stay. Clean hotel with all the amenities that you should need for a succesful stay. The front reception team was very friendly and professional. My room was clean and the full size items , i.e. lotion and personal care products were very nice. You even have the option to take them home for a nominal fee. You could have any service need metbthrough your TV. It had menus for anything you could think of. I really liked the fresh sping water solution near the elevator. There were new bottles supplied in a pantry for you to gather the amount of bottles to fill right there for your room. Ive never seen this feature before at any hotel and I have stayed at a few on my travels. I also really liked the Nespresso machine and pods in my room. Luxuries are always a welcomed item. Overall I can bot say enough good about this this hotel. I will defintely add this location and book it again as needed on future travels.

Staff was friendly the rooms were nice, clean and comfortable with a great view. The hotel within walking distance of the subway station and downtown shopping and restaurants.. this will be the place that I will stay every time I visit New York.

You have to walk 6 blocks to the parking garage that they have a deal with. Please note that there are closer garages. The service is not good as I requested housekeeping and no one came and then at night when I requested towels, no one came and then the next morning when I requested towels cause no one had come, they were rude and finally sent towels back. The room temperature never got to the temperature I set it to. The sink was clogged all through stay. They sell a top floor for eating and getting coffee but the machine was broken and there was nothing else stocked (so would have bought something in a vending machine. Nearest coffee is DD about 3 block walk. But the stay check in and check out were so disappointing as their teams (2-3 guys) were busier on calls and talking to each other than welcoming. There are more convenient customer focus hotel teams in NYC.

Very nice, clean, basic but convenient hotel. Friendly and helpful staff; good location; close to transportation and dining. Highly recommended.
