Nice central location to stay in NYC. In the city while just far enough away from all the touristy stuff

Canal Street was more convenient to move up, down, left, and right than I thought, and the hotel was a reasonable business hotel! The staff were generally friendly and their response was not bad! I was not sure if the water was free, so I did not use the water provided, and the refrigerator was larger than other hotels and was good because it was adjustable! However, if you are a Korean, please note that although there is a microwave, you cannot use hot water in the room or at the hotel. There is also no electric kettle, so that was a bit disappointing.

In New York, USA, which is famous for being expensive, I am very satisfied with this price for 2 accommodations. The facilities are good and the location was good because I was on a business trip.

Cleaning is done once every two days, which is a bit harsh. But it is convenient because the subway station is very close.

The hotel location and room size are really good, in a wealthy area. However, the equipment is very old and the hygiene is not well maintained. If you look at the photos, the bathroom facilities are very shabby.

Stayed in this hotel for a week because it is close to NYU. During the stay, the room was not cleaned in time because I extended my stay. The gym is on the basement floor, there is no signal, and the air conditioning is not turned on. After reporting it to the hotel staff, they did not deal with it. The service of the whole hotel is average and not very enthusiastic. In the morning, it is not a buffet, but a fixed menu. The taste and service are quite good, but it is a bit monotonous if you eat the same thing for 7 or 8 days in a row. The room rate is about 2,000, which is not cheap. The advantage is that the lobby provides free coffee and tea to take away in the morning, which is quite convenient.

The room is clean and tidy, but the toilet is not very full.

Close to Chinatown, eating and transportation is very convenient
