I booked this hotel in October 2022 to be close to the US Open Labor Day weekend 2023. I have now found out that the hotel is under renovation and will not be open. Worse, the hotel did not even have the courtesy to call and tell me. I found out by chance. This is a completely unprofessional way to run a business and extremely frustrating given the late notice so close to a major event. I’m not even inclined to stay here when it reopens because they obviously do not understand customer service.

Turned at this hotel, after a long trip from UK, on a long-standing booking via IHG site, only to be greeted by 3 men coming out of front door, telling me that the hotel was no longer in operation (despite all signs still being present). It transpires that it has been closed for months, despite still showing as active on IHG website.

El 27 de septiembre de 2021 hice una reserva en este hotel para los días 9 al 12 de septiembre de 2022, para mi esposo y mi hijo que irán al US Open, en la aplicación pude ver la reserva hasta 2 semanas atrás, hoy entré a la apps y no encontré la reserva, llamé por teléfono al hotel y cancelaron unilateralmente mi reserva sin avisarme, estamos a 2 semanas del viaje y me encuentro con esto, es insólito, imaginense tener todo listo; entradas US Open compradas, pasajes aereos, traslados, y que el hotel cancele sin avisar la reserva. Además, tuve que llamar al numero de la central, porque el telefono del front desk está fuera de servicio. Por favor no reserven en este hotel, para que pasen malos ratos y tengan que estar buscando nuevo hotel sólo a dos semanas del viaje
