Excellent hotel, small comfortable rooms in a great location. Amenities are excellent like the rooftop bar.

The room was very small, but the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was nice.

This hotel is a great find in the heart of Soho and just north of Tribeca. While small, the rooms are clean, modern and well appointed. The staff is excellent and attentive to all your needs.

The stay was nice. Rooms are small. No coffee maker in the room. You can go downstairs and buy coffee but the coffee is weak and not worth the price. Water runs out the shower soaking the floor. Overall the place is cozy. Intimate. The bar tender was AMAZING ABSOLUTELY MARVELOUS. The front staff were very polite night and morning. The guy that sold the coffee wasn’t as pleasant seemed like he didn’t want to be there but he wasnt nasty either.

Excellent location, beautiful design, all you need is there in spite of tiny room. Loved it!

Despite having prepaid for my stay the hotel billed me each day! Advised their representative at the front desk who advised that it was their error and it would be corrected. A week later and no correction!!

I was surprised at how small it was! There was no place to open my suitcase, and the shower and toilet were right next to the bed! to become sad.

It's really too small. But this is New York, so I'll just have to bear with it.

The room is very small and not very clean. The hot water in the shower often breaks down, and the room service is very poor. Every time I request something from the front desk, I have to wait a long time for it to be delivered. Sometimes it is not delivered directly, and the service attitude of the front desk is very poor. The view from the hotel room can be said to be no view... overall very disappointing and not recommended!
