Excellent experience. Guest services was top notched and very helpful. Rooms were clean and convenient location (also sound proof so we slept really well). If I needed anything, they were prompt to help and take care of reasonable requests. We had some sort of glitch on the initial check-in period but Jennifer was so sweet and handled it like a champ along with letting us check in early due to the room being ready. They even let us leave our luggage in locker room (after we checked out) so we could explore some more prior to leaving the city. What more can you ask for? Highly recommended!

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the beds and linens were cozy. You can't beat the location if you are headed to MSG.

Very clean, friendly helpful staff. Comfortable beds, spacious room and bathroom. We stay in NYC a lot and we are putting this property on our list as a top place to stay again.

Having stayed in New York previously , we were pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the beds and quality of the bedding .
Hotel staff were very friendly , in particular Rachel , who showed extended kindness and warmth . We will most definitely return in the future .

Extremely expensive for little to no amenities. No coffee. Tea pot, with no tea. No real lobby. Room size OK. Fan in A/C kept making loud noises that keep you awake. Turned it off only to find out it was drowning out loud gathering in seating area on second floor. This is at 2:30 a.m.

I had a good time at the hotelthe facity wasgreat and the stats were friendly andveryhelpful.My onlydisappointment was the absence of the bathrobes as advertised WhenI booked the room
Also they only provided one pair of slippers despite it being a double occupancy.
