The location of the hotel is not bad. There's a Sichuan restaurant downstairs opposite, and it's also Michelin-starred. The shower in the bathroom didn't work, and the air conditioner was very noisy. I was woken up several times at night. The two of us stayed. However, the hotel's cleaning was not good. There was one missing bathrobe for the first time I checked in. On the second day, there was only one bath towel. After staying for three days, the toiletries came in small bottles and were never replenished. And I found that whether I tipped five dollars or two dollars, the result was still the same!

The room and lobby are clean and hygienic, the decoration is simple and elegant, and the charging socket on the desk has USB/TYPE-C, which is very convenient; Friendly and professional staff; The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Empire State Building, Times Square, next to the New York Public Library and Bryant Park, and close to various bus stops at the subway entrance. The surrounding security situation is safe, and there are no passers-by lying on the ground; There are several Sichuan restaurants on the left and opposite of the store door, which are suitable for Chinese stomachs; there are also several bakeries nearby. In short, because it is a newly renovated hotel in 22 years, even if it is not so famous, it is worth recommending.

The room is extremely small. There is no way to open the suitcase. You can clearly hear the sound of the elevator going up and down in the room. There is no way to sleep well. I will not choose this hotel in the future.

The hotel is on Fifth Avenue with convenient transportation. The hotel room is small but comfortable and clean.

The room is super small. There is no place to open the 28-inch suitcase. You can only pick up items against the wall at 90 degrees. The location is quite convenient. It is very close to Times Square and Korea Street. It is convenient for eating and shopping. It is recommended to stay when you are full of activities and rest when you return to the room!

Just opened last week, the room is small but nice, a new hotel that is not easy to find in Manhattan!

This is my wife & I second time staying here. It’s a modern, clean & secure property close to time square, Bryant Park and fifth avenue. We had no complaints staying there both times. Staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful around the clock, This has become out “go to” hotel while in nyc. Thanks!

Loved the rooftop bar. Would definitely go back just for that. Rooms were decent size for city standards and nicely decorated.
