Everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and huge. We really enjoyed the included breakfast. It was abundant and easily accessible. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The location is convenient to the airport, but not in the best area.

We stay for 3 nights. No house keeping at all. We had to ask the front desk for cleans towels. Every evening.

This hotel is brand new, so definitely clean but they have some work to do. NO place to put your soap in the shower, nowhere to even hang a towel so the architect screwed the bathrooms up but that's simple to fix. Shuttle to pick up from the airport is a disaster, glad I rented a car. The restaurant and bar on the 9th floor is dope. Nice vibe check out the bartender Kamar and you won't go wrong

At 130am a fire alarm went off and I thought it was for the entire hotel. However when I left the room to see what was going on a woman walked out of the room next to mine saying her male companion set off the alarm in his room by vaping. The alarm stayed on for at least 30-45 minutes and I wasn’t able to sleep through it. It was one of the worst experience of my life. When I went to front desk to complain, I was told the general manager Kareem was in a managers meeting. I left my name and number with the front desk person. I then called an hour later and was told he was still in the meeting so I left my name and number again. I still haven’t heard from the manager. I was in room 927 and the room next to me was 926. I would like to be reimbursed for this stay. Please email me back. Thanks!
