Called many times for the airport shuttle, no one pick up the phone. Had to take an Uber to the hotel. Upon arrival, confirmed I had the correct number, just not answering. At check in, I was informed the hotel was overbooked by mistake, the didn’t have a room for me. I even send the hotel a message to let them know I would be arriving around midnight.After a long wait someone on the phone instructed the clerk to give me a room in the 9 floor( they have room’s apparently). I have to say that both the night and morning clerk were very nice. The room was clean. I forgot one of my phones in the rooms and they sent it to me in the shuttle. I have to say that the property was ok, the staff amazing, but whoever is managing the bookings, well….
