We booked this hotel as a stop over after arriving back from holiday. It was a short 5-10 minutes drive from the airport and we were checked in very quickly by a lovely guy covering reception. Room was what we needed, spacious and clean. However when we went for breakfast, which we had pre-booked and paid for, we were told that the restaurant was closed as they'd had a power cut, meaning the hot plate was not working. As a result, they closed the entire restaurant and didn't even offer their continental breakfast. No apology given and I had to request a refund. We were then left to find somewhere else to eat with our 3 children before our 2.5 hour drive home, which was less than ideal. Poor service.
