The location is amazing, you can take lyft to The falls or a good walk. Take your time when walking it's very deserted area. So i recommend take lyft. ! The rooms are clean and big. We didn't eat breakfast. The restrooms are clean, no housekeeping even when I requested it the night before. Highly recommended for those traveling to niagra falls.

The room is clean and tidy as shown in the picture. The bed is large and comfortable. The door in the room closes automatically, but the closing sound is loud. The sound insulation effect of the room is not very good. You can hear the sound of watching TV next door.
Although breakfast is simple, it is filling.
The attitude of the front desk staff is average.
The hotel prices here are very high on weekends, and most of them come to see the waterfall.

This hotel is honest throughout: it is comfortable and generously furnished, the staff is very friendly and the included breakfast is simple but well done. It's not because of the famous falls but because of the main axis into the city, right next to a big mall. We just found this very useful. Otherwise it should be emphasized that the hotel is extremely new - and therefore very clean and well-kept.

Property is very close to airport Niagara Falls blvd is main road and within minutes you can shop or eat at many places. The I-190 is few hundred feet from hotel so easy on easy off to hotel. Our room was in need of repairs water damage and tiles and walk coming apart

Beds and pillows were very comfortable. the coffee rocked! Breakfast was good but space was a bit crowded when wvwryone teyinf to get somethinf but it was always ple tiful and the staff tried to keep food stocked.
