It is very well located opposite Niagara Falls Airport. Perfect choice of stay if you were going to the industrial area. A peaceful town with nice hotel. Breakfast was typical , with a surprise of beacon available. ๐Ÿ˜

For the name I expected a decent hotel as I have experienced in the past. This time, it was worse, black mold on the bathroom ceiling, a terrible patch job with the hole in the wall where the shower rod was once before; the shower rod being held together with black tape; no hot water for a day (apparently due to some leak); dirty mirrors, floorsโ€ฆI was not happy. I tried to complain to Holiday Inn (the main company but they would not take my complaint because I didnโ€™t book directly with them).

I used it while on a business trip and was able to have a perfect day during my business trip. I plan to use them again on my next business trip and thank you for the excellent service.
