Moxy Nice

The hotel is brand new. The rooms are spacious. We had an issue with the hot water and shampoo in the room we were assigned, and when we reported it, they quickly moved us to a different room. However, there was no hot water either, and the room was missing body wash. I understand these are early details that will be resolved. It would also be interesting to know when you book or make a reservation, as the entire building is under construction, so it's difficult to access, unless they send you parking instructions.

As it's newly opened, the rooms are very clean and tidy, and look brand new. The lobby downstairs is decorated in a youthful style, and the gym, complete with a pool table and a small bar, is quite nice and worth mentioning. The staff are incredibly friendly, speak fluent English, and are very welcoming. However, the only downside is the rather remote location. It takes about 30 minutes by tram to reach popular tourist spots. However, this also makes the area quieter. For a price point like this, I think it's a very good choice.

The hotel has a nice design, with a youthful and trendy atmosphere in the lobby and public spaces. Unfortunately, the rooms still had a noticeable decorating smell, making them less than comfortable. Furthermore, due to ongoing construction, the commute to and from the light rail station and parking lot was quite long, and the road was poor, with plenty of dog poop on the ground, which detracted from the overall experience. If the indoor air quality and surrounding environment were improved, this hotel would be more recommendable.

Environment: General. There is renovation going on nearby. It is quite dusty.
