Facilities: Traditional hot spring hotel, hot spring bath + Japanese cuisine, a place to relax and unwind. Hygiene: The room is clean, but there is always a smell of sewerage at the entrance. It is probably a problem with the structure of the old house. Environment: The hotel is built along the Kinugawa River, fully close to nature Service: The waiters are very polite and considerate. Before leaving, the landlady also gave me a souvenir, which was an unexpected surprise.

The hotel is about 8-10 minutes' walk from Kinugawa Onsen Station, which is easy and convenient to get to. When I went to the hotel's sign at the intersection, 6 staff members came out to greet them, and I deeply felt their warm welcome to guests. Dinner and breakfast are delicious. The design of the large bathing area is great. You can lie down and look at the view of the river and mountains while soaking in the hot spring water, which is very relaxing after a day of travel! It was my birthday three days before I checked in. The hotel lady came to say hello and congratulate me during dinner. I was so touched. She even gave me a small gift when I checked out the next day. The hotel staff are very helpful! The attitude is also very good and makes me feel very friendly! In addition, the room is of medium size and has heating even in winter. It is very comfortable and the tatami is also very clean. If I have the opportunity to come to Nikko, I will choose Yijian Hotel again🤍

The service is excellent. If you don’t understand Japanese, don’t worry because there are staff who understand English. The large public bath is divided into indoor and outdoor areas. The outdoor scenery is beautiful and it operates almost 24 hours a day. If I go to Nikko again, I will stay there again without hesitation.
