My reservation that was made online was cancelled without my permission. I called about a week before the stay to ask a question or make a request, and spoke to a man who seemed to be the owner. I wanted to know about the coronavirus countermeasures, so I asked about the spacing of the tables in the dining room. I was told that a nervous person like me is not suitable for the place, so I shouldn't stay there. I felt insulted and very shocked. The reservation was cancelled online without my permission. I reported this to Tochigi Prefecture, and after an investigation, I was informed that this was a violation of the Hotel Business Act (refusal of accommodation), and later received a verbal warning from the prefecture. The pension said that they had requested an air cleaner, but thought they couldn't accommodate it. Even though I hadn't spoken a word about the air cleaner to the man. It was a trip that my family was looking forward to, so I couldn't cancel it, so I went to great lengths to find an alternative place to stay. There was no apology from the pension.

I went to Nikko by train, so I chose this place because they offered to pick me up from the station. I had a bad experience with a certain pension in Kawaguchiko, who advertised on their website that they would pick me up from the station, but when I asked them to pick me up, they got angry. However, the owner of this place was very kind and happily picked me up. And the best thing about this place is the food. They said it was all-you-can-eat steak and dessert, but it was a full course and each was very filling, and the appetizers, soup, and fish dishes were all delicious! Unfortunately, I can't eat beef, so I asked them to change it to chicken, but my family who ate the beef steak praised it. I can't believe that such delicious steaks can be all-you-can-eat. It's great that there are people who can eat a lot! The side dishes were also delicious. I had a second helping of dessert and enjoyed it slowly with coffee. The atmosphere of the lovely candlelit dining room was also nice. The corona measures were perfect. The omelette at breakfast was fluffy and fluffy, and they sent me off to the station with a smile on my way back. There are many wild flowers blooming around, and it's full of nature, so I recommend taking a walk. The large rock bath seemed to fit about 15 people.
