民宿位置不錯、附近有很多吃的和參觀的。沒有停車場、可路上可以停車的。
房間蠻安靜。設備等都較老（比如毛巾用了很多次所以已半透明瞭而且有洗不掉的部分）、可總體來説乾淨、而且提供所有需要的毛巾和洗髮等。開空調另外收費、我沒用結果大後悔了。
老闆娘和家庭人是本地的霍童古鎮過來的、人都蠻熱情友好。

老闆熱情，店面也好找，房間大帶衞生間，這邊寧德就這家店靠譜價格不貴。（我常在外地跑，住過很多賓館，這家不叫賓館卻有賓館級別，大家可以支持。）

地理位置比較好的，屬於中心地帶邊，離公交車站也不遠。老闆態度比較好的，房間比較大的，床上用品也是比較乾淨整潔的。

也算是去過很多地方的人了，但是來到寧德，一直不知道怎麼來評價這一家旅店，老闆娘一副愛答不理的樣子，好像別人欠了他800塊錢似的，真好像別人求着他住這裏似的，這也是我今生第一次碰到！！！！難道這就是城中村旅店特色！！！
