這是我平台的第一個也是唯一一個差評，我説一下直觀評論和事實，沒有一點誇張：1.酒店不退按金，就是因為我拿了另外一個床上的被子，因為酒店空調製暖效果特別差，床也很硬，根本無法入睡，所以我拿了另外一個被子蓋在床上，結果酒店以這個理由不退按金，直到現在還不退給我2.請問什麼床單洗一次要扣100按金？後來在平台的協調下，商家退給我50，剩下的50堅決不退，還是認為自己很有理，態度很強硬，別的酒店都是晚上冷加被子主動會送來，這個酒店直接不告知扣按金，也真的是。。3.廁所完全沒有電，酒店也承認了當天晚上跳閘，所以廁所一晚上都沒有熱水，沒法洗澡，房間也特別冷4.酒店告知這種複式的房子正常要住兩個人，我拿了樓上的被子，當天就影響第二個人入住，我是當天凌晨4點入住的，請問當天誰還會點後入住？入住前酒店完全沒有告知不能拿旁邊的被子，複式的樓上下中間也沒有門隔開，如果這樣兩個陌生人住一起豈不是很危險？
