其實酒店很棒，內部設施也不錯，但是沒想到的是酒店分配房間的原則是先到先給差的，你提出異議再給你換個稍好點的，你不同意再給你換個更好點的…….而且總枱説話很高壓：你要怎麼怎麼的，否則我要扣款，呵呵

每次去寧都都是住這家，房間挺乾淨的，衞生間附的用品也挺豐富，除了牙具，梳子，浴帽，刮鬍刀等等之外，還附有針線包，床單乾淨，就是早餐需要改進一下，8點多去吃，牛奶和豆漿都沒有了，也不添加，蔬菜的品種也少了一點，另外，如果能增加幾壺養生茶，比方菊花枸杞茶，紅茶，玫瑰茶什麼的，那麼會加分不少，這些也不貴，不管夏天還是冬天，卻可以讓顧客感覺舒服很多。

服務與早餐都滿意，地方小吃味道好，房間也衞生乾淨，就是樓頂的中央空調設備嗡嗡作響，關閉窗户也可以聽到。

退房時，想拿瓶水都不給，前台説房間喝完就沒了。實際有時我衹用了一瓶，我看衹補充了一瓶，每天不是也沒給到我兩瓶嗎？怎麼退房時要瓶水也要不到，服務真不可恭維。
