"This is awful! I've never stayed in a hotel this bad! It feels like it's going to fail! Upon arrival, I was unloading a large amount of luggage from the car with my children and elderly family, but the doorman acted as if he hadn't noticed and didn't move. When I got to the front desk, he just sat there, idly, behind the counter, not moving the entire time. There was no air conditioning in any of the public areas of the hotel. With the temperature over 30 degrees outside, it was even more stuffy inside. Luckily, the room had air conditioning. The door to my room was broken. I called the front desk, and they said they'd send someone over. After waiting for 10 minutes, my child was crying from the heat, so I had to use my hands and knees to kick the door open. There were two bottles of Nongfu Spring in the room, and I asked the staff to bring me a few more because my child was young and needed formula. The staff said they could only bring two more, and any more would be charged! Finally, we checked in, but the TV wouldn't turn on. When I called the staff, they scolded me, and after a long struggle, I had to get the remote control from other rooms several times before I could get it to turn on! It's truly unspeakable!"
