Eu sempre viajo e fico em varios hotéis. Fiquei no hotel no réveillon e achei incrível, desde as meninas da recepção que não mediu esforço para me ajudar nos pedidos. Como arrumar uma cama para meu bebê.
O senhor que fica no cafe da manhã, tanto quanto a camareira, uma simpatia. Otimo café da manhã e localização.

Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos. Os ambientes do hotel estão sempre limpos e perfumados. O quarto é espaçoso. As refeições são bem servidas e são frescas. No geral, a experiência foi ótima.

Contatos soltos buracos no teto deveria em suma rebaixar para 1 ⭐ estrela e o preço não vale a pena muito desapontado com o standard do hotel ,não recomendo este hotel ele precisa de uma reforma profunda para se chamar hotel 3 estrelas 😔😔😔

A estadia foi ok, conforme esperado, mas tive um problema com um funcionátio e a gerente do hotel no turno. Depois de fazer o check out e pedir meu carro para deixar o hotel, um funcionário se ofereceu para descer a minha mala pela escada. Ele puxou o puxador da mala (telescópico) e carregou 23 quilos por ali, obviamente quebrando a peça da minha mala. Reclamei e ele falou para falar com a gerente. Fui falar com a gerente e ela não assumiu o prejuizo, falou:"o funcionário não deixou cair e quebrou, SOMENTE quebrou ajudando o senhor:" Se o funcionário quebra um pertence de um hóspede fazendo o seu trabalho não é responsabilidade do hotel? Parabéns pelo péssimo treinamento dado aos funcionários, e agora eu fico com o prejuizo de uma mala de mais de 700 reais?

O hotel é muito bom. Fica a poucos metros da orla de Icaraí. Devido ao trânsito intenso, ha muito barulho. Os funcionários são atenciosos e há muito cuidado com a limpeza. No entanto, o colchão é duro e desconfortável.
