古色古香，有傳統的味，一泊兩食的餐點很讓人滿足。尤其就在溫泉街上，到景點很方便。惟一比較不方便的離公交站遠一點，行李須拖一段距離。

房間挺大的，我們訂的雙床房，榻榻米的房間有兩張西式床，床還挺大。温泉不大，但是是硫磺很足的天然泉，畢竟是在登別，緊靠着温泉出水口。酒店位置不錯，走幾分鐘就到登別温泉的巴士站，對面有7-11和葯粧店。往山上走幾分鐘就到地獄谷，可以上山，也可以下去看看鐵泉。早晚餐也不錯，但個人覺得缺點什麼，可能是登別地方太商業化，這裏的温泉酒店有點流水作業的感覺。甚至不如東京的酒店前台那麼真誠，熱情的笑臉好像很模式化，説不好。

위치와 서비스는 참 좋았는데
오래된 료칸호텔이라 그런지 위생면에서 좀 아쉬웠고 프라이빗 온천도 많이 좁아서 여러명이 들어가기엔 좀 좁은 느낌이었으나 온천물은 너무 좋았다
조식과 석식의 정성과 맛은 베스트!

總的來説不滿意，以為是滝乃家的別館就可以享受同樣的服務質量，竟然沒有，沒有我想象中的感覺，花了3萬多加上私湯酒水快4萬，還不如定滝乃家，温泉極小巴掌大，就晚飯和午飯值點錢，不推薦
