Great location. Unit was well appointed and very clean throughout. Wonderful access direct to Gympie Terrace and the wonderful cafes/coffee offerings/restaurants and walking tracks along the riverfront. No better place in Noosaville.

We had Unit 4 - it was large and very comfortable. We had 3 nights to relax before heading home from a busy 4 week holiday. The unit had everything we needed. It was furnished beautifully and some nice little extra touches. The bed was a superking and supersoft. The location was perfect, close to nearby excellent restaurants and cafes. Within walking distance so easy to park the car and relax. The heated pool and spa was very enjoyable on a cool day after we returned from a busy holiday. I have stayed at Sandy Beach Resort multiple times and will always be my choice for my regular visits.

Very comfortable, spacious apartment on 2 levels, with balconies on both levels overlooking the beautiful gardens and pools. Fabulous location opposite the river and close to cafes and restaurants. Loved staying there and would definitely choose to stay at Sandy Beach Resort again.

Just returned from a 5 day girls trip to Sandy Beach Resort. Fabulous location and beautiful resort. Close to everything we needed. We stayed in Unit 15 - which was very clean and tidy, beautifully appointed with very comfy beds! John and Tess were extremely helpful and nice! Pools and gardens are well kept and we loved the tropical vibe! We will be back!

Clean, tidy and a fantastic location. Everything you need for a relaxing stay away from home. This was a trip for 3 workmates and this accommodation did not disappoint adding to our wonderful time. Professionally looked after by John and Tess - I will be back.

What an excellent resort! We loved our stay with the family. Kids and adults loved the pools and being able to walk to all the shops/cafes/river/boats and bus stop. The rooms were spacious, clean and perfect for our family. Thanks so much for having us!

We stayed in unit 3, which has been newly renovated and was absolutely impeccable. Great location, service and amenities, comfy beds, super clean, great pools. Absolutely love what they have done with the Reno’s! Thanks for having us, we’ll be back for sure! Little tip: if you’re planning to stay for a few days I’d recommend bringing yourself some extra towels unless you want to do washing on your holiday ;) as generally only one per person is provided.

Another lovely and relaxing trip to Noosaville and Sandy Beach! John and Tess are lovely to chat with and do a great job managing the resort. This year we stayed in Unit 16 which we really enjoyed. Looking forward to returning!

We stayed in unit 16, which was very comfortable and spacious with bathroom and laundry on the ground floor, as well as two bathrooms on the upper level and with the patio straight onto the pool and garden areas. John and Tess were incredibly helpful before we arrived and throughout our stay. Air-conditioning in every bedroom and living area was a plus, in the very hot and stormy weather. The Resort is in easy walking distance to the ferry, bus stop and supermarket, a great holiday in a very affordable resort. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
