Nice room with big window and big screen. Onsen is very clean and private. Staff service very nice. Breakfast is good even though in trip.com say is 900yen but they charge me 1200yen. Parking need to pay for 600yen per night, i hope it can have more detail on the website. No check out process. Overall very good experience. Will come back again

Clean & compact with free welcome drinks + snack. However some front office staffs not as friendly towards foreign travelers. Only 1 person amenities in the room despite we booked for 2 person.

Newer hotel. Friendly service at front desk. Enjoyed the complimentary bar with mixed nuts, raisins n a spread of flavors for mixing with carbonated water or alcohol. It’s a pity it closes at 9pm. Parking is at building next to it. Fees are charged to the room with in and out privileges through front desk validation. My only issue is with the narrow access to the twin bed next to the window. We had a room with twin beds. Onsen is small as expected but modern decor. Felt safe that women onsen requires a special passcode to enter.

If the room can be bigger and have complementary bottled water will be better

The hotel is located near the station, with cheap parking nearby and many restaurants in the city center. The rooms of this hotel brand are generally smaller, but clean and tidy. The staff are attentive and polite with friendly smiles. There is also a Welcome drink in the lobby.

The front desk staff were very polite, and the breakfast attendant explained everything to me in detail, and the breakfast was delicious. I ended up eating too much.

They will only replace it with new sheets, quilt covers and pillow cases. Even if you're new here, you won't know how to lay the floor and have to do it yourself. You need to see if you can accept this. As for breakfast, it is very good for this price. Drinks include milk, coffee, but no black tea. The only tea available in the beverage machine is oolong tea. The breakfast in almost every super hotel is similar. The key is to eat enough. It ends at nearly nine o'clock. Those who get up late will feel rushed.

The location is very good. It's close to Obihiro Station and easy to drive. The front desk lady is very warm and smiling and speaks fluent English. The quality and equipment are very good The public hot springs are also very fresh and clean. Very good value for money

Although there is a large bath, it is actually very small and feels like a bathroom. However, it is better to have it than not. The breakfast is almost all made with local ingredients and is very satisfying. I recommend it!
