"Beautiful hotel with a moor onsen spa and sauna. However it is a 15-min walk from the station and shuttle service is limited. Lots of weddings and royal visit at this resort. Twin Room is spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to M fast food chain next door and Aeon shopping nearby. I would highly recommend it."

"New or well maintained hotel with great breakfast. The room that we got was really amazing. Corner room with two long pan windows overseeing the mountain ranges. The view was so beautiful in fact the most beautiful hotel room view from all the hotels we had booked for Hokkaido. Another thing to commend was there bath gel and shampoo. Pola brand smelled too good that I purchased 3 bottles from the counter. 3300 yen per bottle no tax free. Really enjoyed my stay here and will be back in the future."

"Great location, with a lot of great restaurants in walking distance. Room is so small that it was hard to open two luggage’s at the same time. But the cleanliness is impeccable. However, the public bath was kind of disgusting, full of black mold. I decided not to dip myself in the mold soup."

"Best thing about this hostel is its location coz you’re in the heart of everything food. But if you can, get a room instead of the dorm. Although everything is clean and a comfortable bed, the aircon didn’t work the whole night (not sure if someone turned it off on purpose or what) and it was so hot I didn’t sleep at all. Staff was also not helpful, especially the graveyard shift person. Although there was a bottom bunk available, he wouldn’t let me change beds. Parking also is in a different structure, not free. Overall, I didn’t have a great experience at this hostel. Hope their aircon doesn’t have auto turnoff."

"The accommodation is really great! Best value for money! The cleanliness is top-notch too! You can use the hot springs at the nearby hotel, and on the second floor, there is a breakfast area, vending machines, children's toys, comic books, and more. Also, the female staff member who checked me in was incredibly kind. Since my Japanese isn't very good, she spoke slowly for me. Perhaps because it was the last day of the year, December 31st, 2025, she even came directly to my room to give me a gift. Thanks to her, I enjoyed the delicious food and had a great rest!"
THE SERENITY
"The building is new and each room has air conditioning, which is great, but we stayed for several nights with 14 people, and the kitchen only had small plates. There were pots and pans, but no ladles, which is a minor detail, but it would be nice if there were more. Also, there was no spare toilet paper, so we had to go to a nearby convenience store (a 5-6 minute walk) in the middle of the night to buy some. There are no supermarkets nearby, so I recommend that guests do all their shopping before drinking alcohol."
