Wonderful price, clean, staff helpful, but checkout was awful! Pressured & stressed to get out even when they knew/saw us hauling our luggage out! So, I will not come back! Customer’s should feel comfortable from check-in to check-out! Would have given a 4/5, but now due to the stress I’m rating an overall 2/5!

You can tell some cheap maintenance/updating has been done to the property. The pool area needs a lot of attention. There’s issues with the ventilation causing lots of water condensation and rust damage to the area. The hot tub was cold and had a crack in it letting in ice cold water. The pool was warmer than the hot tub. Hardly any towels were in the pool area.

Ceiling above the shower fell down during the night. Unsafe rusted door frame in the pool area falling apart. Breakfast buffet not refilled as needed. Older kids running the halls until 3 am no resolution there

The lady at the front desk was very sweet and friendly. For the most part the room is good! The only complaints with the room are a couple cleanliness things. There was a clump of hair in the tub and the handle to the fridge is very sticky. It smells and looks clean though. We booked this hotel because of the pool and hot tub and those were the biggest let down. There is so much chlorine in pool it can’t be safe. My eyes and throat immediately hurt when I opened the door to the area. I’ve been in pools that were warmer than the hot tub. We live in town so this was literally the reason for our stay. I don’t think I stayed more than 10 minutes in the pool area because it was so miserable. We wouldn’t chose to stay here again at even half the price, but only because the biggest reason to be here is the pool and hot tub. I have a feeling the cleanliness stuff is a fluke and not the regular experience.

The hotel staff was wonderful. Breakfast was good, food was hot. Great place for family, pool was great, the only thing was that the whirlpool was not working. Would definitely staff again.

First thing our room was changed (downgraded) because of our puppy. And was charged the same even though it was less ACCOMODATIONS . The hotel knew in advanced that we had one. ! We travel with him all the time and this never happened before.
Kids were left to run in the halls screaming and slamming doors at night without apparent parent to supervise. Not a good thing after driving all day and trying to rest. Hotel wouldn’t do anything about it.
Only one elevator for a five story hotel.
Toilet kept making bubbling eruption noises all night, fearing it would overflow any minute.
Definitely not recommending or staying again.

Great breakfast! Beds were pretty uncomfortable. Pool was fun for kids but absolutely no ventilation system so very foggy and full of condensation everywhere.
