Old Mill Inn

"Terrible place. You have the smallest bath towels with stains on them. Whole place looks like its from 80s. Breakfast is just cereal and sausage( they were grey and wide idk why). Don’t recommend."

Hilton Omaha

"This is a good hotel and the service was by far the best of any hotel on our recent family road trip. The woman at check-in really went out of her way to make us and our dog feel welcome and was just a pleasure to talk with. This is a very busy hotell and it's giving conference vibes (the lobby was super loud), which is not my first pick normally but I'm glad we stayed here. The food from room service was excellent- we ordered it twice. Gym was decent but dated, the pool is small but works for a quick swim and the skylight is nice.  The place is dog-friendly in a major way. Dogs get a tag (like a festival bracelet) so it's clear they're a "guest", and also receive a baggy of dog treats upon entry. The Starbucks around the corner is also dog friendly and they give pup cups for free.  Area wise, there's a few commercial bars and restaurants nearby but it felt like a few blocks away from more hip areas. I think the walk would be pretty safe.  Good stay overall, and special shout out to the service! "

Kimpton COTTONWOOD by IHG

"Excellent location, 15 minutes from the airport, traditional and classical, can feel the culture.

Five steps away, adjacent to Berkshire Hathaway, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the smell of money is flowing. The service attitude of the hotel is very good, but the response is slow, as old as the hotel. 1) Two days of special sleep wake-up service, no early, delay the trip; 2) breakfast meal for more than 20 minutes, the first day can not wait to eat, the next day need to want to return breakfast in advance to catch the early flight, the hotel does not give back is also a pity!"

"Parking garage is very hot, never cools down. Your vehicle will be 90 degrees in the morning. Shower water pressure was terrible. Nobody available to fix the shower head or see what the issue was."

"This is our favorite Omaha hotel. It's reasonable and reliable. Our room was spacious and comfortable, just not as clean as I would want it to be. The obvious daily stuff was taken care of, but a deep cleaning was needed."

"The bed is very comfortable, clean and tidy, giving people a very good feeling!"
