Would ome back due to price and location only.

We arrived a little after 6:00pm, the person at the reception told us that the reception was closed and directed us to follow the check in instruction on the front door. We couldn’t find that, as well as the reception person, as it was wrongly displayed when the door is open, she was extremely rude. Terrible hygiene in the rooms, a dead bug on the pillow, a worm on the bed and heaps of dust behind the curtain. We can provide photos if needed. No Wi-Fi and restaurant as listed in the information on *******. Payment option other than Credit Card is not available, and the Credit Card surcharge was not stated in any information. Give us a very bad impression of Albany and *******.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Good beds and showers. Basic motel style , you can drive to your doorstep. We had room in back #43 which is likely quieter then those on front. Restaurant was not open so can’t comment. Not a lot of eateries within walking distance but only a short drive to downtown area and waterfront. Good fridges in room. Overall good value for the price and we certainly would stay again.

The place is really old and tired with skirting boards looking like they’ve been chewed by mice Dust on the sides and the bathroom grouting old and very stained The place looks like it’s out of the 1970s The one staff member I met was very friendly and accommodating though one saving grace for the place

Reception did not explain what was available and times the dining room would be open for breakfast a sign was visible but no times specified. It was an inconvenience when asked what was accessible

Rooms are very clean and tidy. Power point near the bed would be nice thou. I’m been very picky. Recommend stay here.

In one room air con not working and whenever you turn the water on it’s hammering noise coming all night. Otherwise other room is all good.

Property could do with more than one washing machine. Staff were friendly. Facilities appeared old & dark.
