房間乾淨，衞生間面積大，配有微波爐電熨斗，不錯哦。可惜沒有電熱水壺。早餐很棒，雖然是加大版的美式傳統早餐，但是也是較豐富的，味道不錯，孩子們很喜歡。服務人員都很和氣有禮，令人感覺舒適。下次還會入住該酒店

性價比極不高，衝著帶早餐方便定的，所以下單時知道比別家貴也還是選了這家，但早餐開門時間六點半，第一天早去迪尼斯樂園五點起起床六點半等到開早餐時間加之走路和等公交坐公交，入園時已八點二十。更尬的是早餐廳一直播放動畫片，孩子們會看着動畫片進餐，我家寶還算好沒太耽誤，旁邊桌的媽媽不停地催孩子快速進餐但孩子一直盯着動畫片，按走路加坐公交用時計算估計他們比我們入園會更晚。第二天早五點半起床六點半等早餐六點四十多吞完早餐打uber去橙縣趕到洛杉磯的火車，登上站台瞬間火車開了！早餐種類特別少！出行不方便，去公交站去樂園都遠都不方便，房間很舊。第一早烤腸油脂很大，早餐中的香蕉皮上全是斑點、橙子不新鮮，被罩極舊質感極差，孩子蓋到半夜被芯就岀來了！服務還好！

I will not be staying here again. The breakfast was just okay. The elevator floor was never vacuumed I was there for 4 nights. The walls are thin. One side of me I could hear the guest snoring.

Rooms were clean, semi-dated, bed was a 6.5 out of 10, heat/AC worked good, fridge size and microwave was a positive.
Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful!
An area that needs improvement is:
They need more than ONE elevator for the WHOLE hotel, which was for guests and staff. shower water pressure was good but wouldn’t get past lukewarm, sink pressure was poor.
Overall not bad for $333 for two nights - but will not be staying again.

I rarely write a review, but now I understand how reviews can help other people with real experience. So here is my experience with the hotel. Safe area, no homeless or criminal around. The room is very clean, cleaner than I expected, and Im a clean freak ( I brough bleach wipes to clean the toilet before I use it). The elevator is dirty just as the other customers complain, it's true, but not too bad. As long as the room is clean, Im all good. The hotel offered free breakfast. The room I had was a standard room, and it has a TV , a small refrigerator, a coffee machine. In summary, I like this hotel and will come back again. It cost more than motel 8 but you get what you paid for, and It's CA so everything is expensive here.

Room was in state of disrepair. Toilet flush chain would get caught under flapper, run water and not fill tank
Tub stopper wouldn't stop drain
Maid service only on request. but wasn't told at check-in. When I asked on last day before checkout, maid staff had already left for the day.

I was in the area for a conference and only stayed one night. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. I was able to store my luggage before checkin and after checkout without a problem.
