I strongly recommend this establishment, set in the countryside near Grospierres in the Ardeche, France. The whole establishment was extremely well appointed and maintained and all the staff were wonderful - friendly and only too happy to help! The food provided at breakfast and dinner were excellent with a large choice. In addition, the fact that breakfast was available till 13:00 with the ability to make up your own 'picnic' lunch from what was available at the breakfast was a plus! Plenty to see and visit within easy reach - the Gorges d'Ardeche, Montelimar (the home of nougat) and Avignon to name but a few. I would have no hesitation in visiting again!

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff was wonderful and the two ladies at the desk gave us a room with a lovely view of the valley. Another person at the hotel welcomed us in English. I think his name was Kanoon. He was very helpful and welcoming. The room was lovely and comfortable. The balcony had a table and chairs so we could enjoy the view. The hotel has a delicious buffet for dinner. We really enjoyed that meal. The kitchen is as well equipped as an Air B and B. We enjoyed cooking a few meals there and drinking some local Ardèche vintages.

hôtel que nous connaissions déjà. Nous regrettons qu'au petit déjeuner plusieurs jours sans petits pains au chocolat, ou fromage blanc. Et parfois manque de contenants ou couverts à emmener pour pique nique. Belle Chambre faite tous les jours avec changement de serviettes quand nous voulions. Par contre je déplore qu'en 15 Jours le lit n'ait pas été fait au bout de 8 jours. On ne devrait pas être obligé de le demander. Il y avait bien un coffre-fort mais apparemment pas en service, mais cela ne nous a pas gêné. Personnel très sympathique aussi bien accueil - restaurant - chambre.

nous venons de passer 5 jours à Sowell Ardèche où nous avons passé un bon séjour, la chambre est grande et bien équipée , le personnel très sympathique que ce soit à la réception , au bar, au réfectoire tout le monde est souriant et à votre service. l'hôtel est propre , le seul petit bémol c'était la piscine qui était hors service. nous recommandons sans hésiter cet hotel

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans ce Sowell en All inclusive. les chambres sont assez spacieuses avec lit grande taille, le ménage est fait tous les jours; Avec cette formule petit déjeuner jusqu'à 13h avec possibilité d'emporter un repas du midi pour le pique nique ou en chambre, avec des repas simples mais bons et variés Le personnel est aimable, souriant et à l'écoute avec mention spéciale à Manon, Ahmed, Didier et Isabelle. Le cadre est calme et reposant; aux alentours, des petites villes avec marché (Ruoms, Les Vans) et des sites incontournables ( Vogué et son chateau, Balazuc et Labeaume, la grotte Chauvet ) Seul bémol en cette saison la piscine chauffée fermée.

Voleur !! Ne laissez rien dans vos chambres, ma montre connectée est restée dans leur locaux ! On me l’a renvoi « gentillement » , problème =＞ plus de 2 semaines sont passés et toujours pas de montre. + Restaurant dans le noir , apparement l’éclairage n’est pas possible sur la totalité du restaurant. + Piscine sur pierre et vacances et non pas dans l’hôtel + Un buffet complètement vide un soir à 8h15 …. Les formules All inclusive sont rentables !

Découverte de la région et de l hôtel. Restauration de qualité et personnels aux petits soins. Gentillesse de la jeune femme du bar à souligner. Avenante et souriante. Le personnel est Aimable et serviable. Chien accepté. Literie très confortable. Excellent séjour. Passez quelques heures au bowling, cela vaut le détour, le responsable des lieux est au top ! Seul bémol :il vaudrait mieux préciser une ouverture des piscines en mai car elles sont gelées et impraticable. Le spa est trop cher. Nous reviendrons.
