Room was clean and had everything you need but as is usual for Italy, the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. I had to sleep on my pillows. Also, buffet breakfast was blah for 10 euros.

Very nice rooms, nice hotel. Unfortunately our room had a weird smell so we moved and the second room didn't get wifi. But overall a nice hotel.

The hotel is relatively new and well maintained. Seems that the facilities are quality ones. And the rooms are well cleaned once per stay, in the beginning. Nevertheless, the hotel services are very far from 4 stars standard because they never cleaned the room during the stay, neither changed the towels, nor provided toiletries. To be honest, this disadvantage is partly compensated by the existence of the Crai supermarket just across the road. Also there is no swimming pool, even though they use a presentation picture with a swimming pool.

I stayed in this facility from 16 to 19 June 2023. In reality the stay was supposed to extend until 26 June but due to a medical event which then resulted in mourning I had to return earlier than expected. upon my departure I was told by the reception that I would be notified for a refund, since I have already been a customer of the structure. I have not received any news in this regard to my and booking phone calls there is no response. as if the number had been blocked. I consider this fact very serious, obviously I will never book in this structure again and I will give anyone who asks me a negative opinion. I know perfectly well that there are regulations that come into force at the time of booking, but at least I wouldn't want to be made fun of by the reception staff. given that I had to return home for a serious matter and not for pure fun. Il residence è situato in una posizione tranquilla, è pulito e fornito di tutto, manca lavastoviglie e lavatrice che avrebbero conferito una stella in più. In reception sono tutti gentili, qualche consiglio in più su cose da fare o da vedere sarebbe gradito. Sono molto disponibili e la reception è aperta 24 su 24, questo semplifica le operazioni di check-in a tarda ora o check out alle 6 come è capitato a noi. Ottimo il parcheggio e la presenza del supermercato proprio di fronte. Se dovessimo tornare a Orosei sarebbe la nostra scelta.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Residence ad inizio Luglio,e devo dire tutto molto molto bello! Appartamento spazioso,pulito e curato! Dotato di tutti i confort,non mancava nulla,compreso il cambio asciugamani! Di fronte si trova il parcheggio,non custodito ma molto ampio! A due passi dal centro! Consigliatissimo!

Ben fornito e ben arredato. Posizione strategica con supermercato di fronte, parcheggio gratuito e a pochi passi a piedi dal centro del paese. Sistemazione ottimale e comoda come appoggio da cui spostarsi per visitare quei luoghi bellissimi.
