Tokyu Stay Osaka Honmachi Reviews

It’s quite close to Dotonbori. Bedsheets were clean but the blanket was too small. Overall it is a good hotel compare to the one in Tokyo

With cozy clean room in good location in OSAKA n serving good breakfast everyday, I will consider to stay again if visit here again.

The hotel is very well located right next to the metro exit 11 of the Sakaisuji Hommachi metro station. It is also centrally located, I.e. in the middle of Umeda, Namba and Osaka castle. The rooms were big and clean. There was even a sink, a washer/dryer and microwave in the room. My only issue was that limited housekeeping services were provided, but that seems to be the norm in japan.

- The hotel is in a good location as it’s close to two metro stations, plenty of shops and restaurants, and within walking distance of Osaka Castle and Dotonbori. Plus, it’s not too far from Osaka Station and Shin-Osaka Station if taking trips. - The room is a little small but not too bad, plus the shower and bath are nice, as well as the electric bidet toilet. - Cleaning of the room is infrequent and they never changed my mug so I was washing the mug every day in the sink to clean it. - Amenities like toothbrushes and tea bags can be collected yourself from the lobby on the 18th floor. They also have laundry and microwaves on the second floor.

Great location, remember to check elevators locations (exit with elevator ) access into the metro. has no language issues. Clean .

Perfect with all the essentials- from dental kit, tea bags where you can retrieve beside the reception; to changing of towels and waste basket plastic daily; to having a bath tub and washing machine. It was really a super decent stay! There were also hangers and the reception staffs were friendly to provide us umbrella for rent. We are very appreciative. Love and worthy stay! It was located near Honmachi Station!

I think the hotel is closed to train station. It is very convenient. The staff is really nice and try to explain clearly.

The hotel was neat. Although the room didn’t have bottled drinking water, which i expected a four star hotel to have. Also the breakfast choices weren’t the best

Check in process was smooth and the front desk staff was well verse with English. There are amenities ready around the front desk so that you can just pick whichever useful for you. Room wise was surprisingly big. One thing that amazed me was it comes with wash dry washing machine and also microwave oven! The bed was superb comfort and was one of the best one across the hotels.

It would be good if they have smart TV, but other than that, it's almost perfect. We really enjoyed our stary for 9 days :)

friendly receptionist. The location in Honmachi just fine for every travel spot. However, the room is not as clean as tokyu stay in Kyoto. Besides, the bodywash and tissue ran out but not refill for remaining days. A few disappointment this time

Near subway and 2 coffee shop Room is clean but we stay 3 nights no room makeup Bed is comfort 2 beds each have 2 pillows, 👍 nice Washing machine and microwave in the room, surprisingly Recommend for couple

Overall a nice hotel but they didnt even change my towels in three days even though they said that this is included in the “no service”. Location is ok.

Good location. Room was small as expected. There is just enough space to open 1 suitcase. Bathroom was a decent size. Good value for money. I will stay again.
