Excellent location as other mimaru. Lots of restaurants downstairs. Helpful staff with good English. Reasonable price for the associate parking lot. Many board games are available. Definitely will book again!

Location is excellent, with major hot spots likes Chome Dotonbori, Shinsaibashisuji, Kuromon Market within short walking distances. Room is large and it is suitable for family with up to four members. Staff is nice and they are fluent in English so communication is not a problem. The only demerit is no parking facility but if you park at nearby "Trust Park" overnight, you will enjoy a discount rate of 1800 yen per 24 hours. I strongly recommend family booking for this hotel.

This is a great location hotel near to a few different stations and convenience stores all within 5mins walk. Nearby to malls and Kuromon market too. Great value and big rooms for families.

Love the location, very near to Dotonbori (you must search the “shortcut”). We only figured it out after exploring small alleys. I love how convinient, outside the hotel were just so many food options, plus Lawson just cross the road. Initially was very skeptical about the washing machine at common area but it turned out to be working well and not too crowded. after washing, I just hang it dry at the bathroom as there was hanging stick provided. I can say that its very thoughtful hotel. Its very suitable for family with kids as this hotel has games in house. free of charge! it helps entertaining the kids.

Great hotel. We booked the Kids Gaming Room and both my 9 yr old and 6 yr old loved it. Some of the toys and items in the room are for younger kids but they had a ball with all the board games in the room.

We had our amazing stay at Namba with Mimaru! Great location, with awesome service, and the room was fantastic! Super practical layout for my family size. I will give it a five star!

Very good location for family trip , most shopping areas are in walking distance . The room is bright and clean, equipped with proper household cooking tools .

Had the Japanese style room with small kitchen, it’s spacious for Japanese standard. Hotel is quite new and modern. Location is a little off the busiest area in Namba, but still quite convenient. Only comment is that the hotel is very busy, especially with families and the elevators are quite small. So do expect to wait for a couple of rounds before you can get on, especially in the morning or during check-out peak hours. Overall, a great hotel!

Staff was very helpful, and followed up with us on a parcel sent by a local friend. Location is good, about 10mins walk from 2 train stations. It is also 4-5mins walk to Kuromon Market. Will stay again.

The hotel’s location is good. Nearby its has shopping mall and game center. But the most interesting part is coffee, bakery and taiyaki shop. when you turn out from the hotel walk to the left and the first road on the left, there will be taiyaki which is very delicious on premium vanilla custard. Then walk a bit more and turn right. Walk straightforward, there will be coffee shop on the right and bakery shop on the left. Which is the most delicious coffee and Shokupan I ever had. The hotel they provide free boardgames rental services and drinks. The thing that I don’t like is I need to pay 500 yen/each for keeping my luggage for the day.

One of the best stays I had! The cleaning has a schedule so please note they won’t always clean, depending on the number of days you stay. But besides this, the location is good and the hotel has extra precaution where u have to tap in after a certain hour.

super convenient location, 5 min straight road walk from Namba Station (accessible to KIX) also very close to the seafood market the fitness room at Mimaru is a bonus

Room is ok, carpark is three block away and need to walk. There is no space in front of the hotel to even unload the luagguages. Sadly the room clearning is sub standard and limited to changing towels only.

Room spacious for family of 5. Modern design. Location is excellent within walking distance to nearby shops. Very convenient. But keeping luggage in concierge needs to pay which is a drawback.
