I used it for a business trip, but the room I had booked was different, so when I applied for an upgrade at check-in, the employee told me to cancel my Trip.com reservation and pay in cash.

This hotel faces Route 4, which has heavy traffic. The road is noisy because many cars pass by until late at night. That is why I couldn't sleep well.
