A great hotel with a privileged location over Ouro Preto and an absolutely charming colonial atmosphere make for a great experience! Breakfast buffet was very good for my taste with lots of fresh fruit and juices and stunning views of the city. Staff was very friendly. Three (minor) issues which provide room for improvement: WiFi at least in our room was unstable/sketchy (but worked fine in the lobby); no closets/ possibilities to hang your clothes and, least not last, the TV only offered a handful of local channels when smart TV seems to be the standard nowadays. I will admit that these 3 issues would, however, not prevent me from coming back to the hotel ... the positive aspects outweighed the shortcomings by far!

To whom it may interest, I can give an honest opinion about the place. I found it seriously umprepared for receiving guests. The hotel’s staff are very umpolite to say the least. The room has no blanket, no nothing and the smaller tv you will see in your life. They say its a four star hotel but in my opinion its doesn’t worth not even one. It Washington a very dissappointing experience, unfortunatelly.

Pros: location (very near downtown, but still quiet), breakfast & breakfast area (large selection and good food, great view to the town), grounds/outdoor ambiance is nice, with a stream, lots of green, a deck with view to the town. Con: Room was more basic than expected. Although the room is a good size, the hotel does not make good use of it - there were no shelves, no cabinets, there was one tiny rod for clothes. The few outlets were in the weirdest places, one of them so high up I couldn't reach it. But I'd go back...

We loved this place! The views are stunning! The staff are friendly and the facilities are super clean. Breakfast was great (too many cakes though). Location wise, we were 10 minutes from the main square. Lots of stray dogs in Ouro Preto, they are friendly and fussy on what they want to eat ;)

Os funcionários são o diferencial. A Sabrina é uma fofa no atendimento. Exceto pelas escadas, que fazem parte da arquitetura, dificultando a acessibilidade de quem precisa, tudo é tranquilo. O colchão não é dos melhores, mas não prejudica o descanso.

Excelente localização, boas instalações, café da manhã farto e saboroso. A vista é maravilhosa. O hotel tem o estilo colonial característico de Ouro Preto, quem deseja viver uma verdadeira experiência ouro pretana deve dar uma chance ao hotel. Recomendo.

Hotel com boa localização, estrutura grande e antiga, estacionamento grande, mas um pouco difícil de entrar. Excelente atendimento por parte de todos! Embora o café da manhã seja farto, os sucos são bem ralos e muitos itens são os mesmos do dia anterior… poderiam oferecer um “chá da tarde” com a sobra do café da manhã. Os turistas sabem reconhecer comida “dormida”. Quarto grande com ar-condicionado bom, falta um armário e cabides para pendurar roupas. Seria bom disponibilizar cadeira no quarto. Também seria bom ter espelho no quarto. Banheiro espaçoso com chuveiro elétrico, não possui porta shampoo e nem ganchos para roupas.

O hotel tem boa localização. Em uma caminhada de 10min e você ja está no centro. Inicialmente fiquei hospedada no quarto standard e tinha uma vista espetacular, depois precisei de mais uma diária e prontamente me foi atendida, mas mudei pro quarto luxo pois era o único disponível. Ambos muito confortáveis. O café da manhã estava impecável e atendimento excelente.

As fotos neste aplicativo são antigas. Penso que a pandemia deixou o hotel fechado por muito tempo, falta manutenção. O atendimento na recepção é nota 10, todos muito simpáticos. Café da manhã muito farto. Infelizmente o tempo não ajudou, de qualquer forma a parte externa do hotel é um ponto extra, mas também carece de manutenção.
