Hotel Route-Inn Aso Kumamoto Airport Ekimae Reviews

The room is really small and the furniture is really dated. There is no safe and the wi-fi doesn't work. The air conditioner also doesn't seem to function properly. The only redeeming quality about the hotel is its proximity to the train station (only a 5 minute walk).

The hotel is located at a 3-minute walk from Higo Otsu Station. Although it is in the suburbs, there are supermarkets, supermarkets, KFC, and roast meat restaurants next to it, which is very convenient! There is also a breakfast service in the hotel, so there is no problem with food! The natural hot springs in the hotel are divided into indoor and outdoor, so you can relax after checking in!

The customer service was very kind and nice. It was convenient because there were shopping centers, convenience stores, and fast food restaurants nearby. However, the number of breakfast items was small, and even though it was still in time, they started cleaning up, and when I tried to drink coffee after dinner, he said, "There is no more." I was able to enjoy the hot springs in a private state, but at the end I felt disappointed.

Breakfast is included, so it's a bargain.

基本的に清潔で何も言うことはなかった。 スタッフの方もいい対応だった。 ただ大浴場的なところが極狭で、周りに気を遣いながらの入浴だった。

離車站非常近 旁邊就有超市買東西很方便 如果住多天 選擇房間簡易整理 還能獲得1瓶飲料

相変わらず朝食が混んでいたが、部屋は綺麗だったし 禁煙の部屋が取れたら何も文句ないホテルだと思います。

空港駅から見えるくらい近く、利便性がとてもいいホテルでした！

設備も充実しており、朝食も美味しかったです。

部屋が臭かった。タバコを吸うので喫煙ルームだったが、タバコの匂いならまだ我慢できるが、それとは全く違う酸っぱい汗の匂いがした。 また、バスルームの鏡が水垢だらけ。シャワー浴びた後、どんなに拭いても全く映らなかった。 スタッフの対応は問題なかったが、部屋が最悪だった。

熊本バブルで宿泊先は奪い合い スタッフも終始電話対応で大忙しでした。 このエリアで大変貴重な宿泊先です。 熊本市内には予約取れる宿泊先もあるのですが 通勤時間を考えたら高くても選択肢は限られます。 施設は古いけどロケーションで星4つとさせていただきます。

寝間着のヒモが内側のヒモなく、すべて四つとも外側なってた。ちゃんと確認してます？トイレとお風呂に入口の段差が高すぎる。足が当たって痛い。あとは寝るだけなので安くて良いのかも。

スタッフが親切で雰囲気が良かったです。ただWi-Fiのつながりが悪過ぎて困りました。仕事をしたかったのですが諦めました。
