It was really good experience except our room was close to highway and we could hear vehicles crossing whole night. Other than that everything was great

Breakfast was so so at best, ran out of stuff early about halfway thru, I asked if they had more of the food that ran out was told no more until tomorrow. Realizing this is complimentary but the food should be enough for anyone staying and having it offered to them. Also the walls are very thin, could hear the people next door as if they were in our room

Hard to find the entrance at night. Talked to the new owner and he was working on things and you could see that they were updating things and doing the best they could.

No sign on the road marking hotel entrance. Without Google maps wouldn’t have found it. Hotel jus so so. Dirty stairwell.

Other than the musty, smokey smelling lobby, everything else was very good. Rooms were clean and smelled okay. It was quiet, other than the occasional semi truck going by on the nearby interstate. Good people working there make all the difference, would go back again.

Our room hadn’t been cleaned and we had to stay in it because we arrived after 11pm and no other places were available.

Comfortable bed in a clean room. When you add in a less than stellar check-in (25 minutes while desk attendant went to physically look for a clean room for my reservation). Add in no ice in the machines, vending machines on every floor that were sold out of anything with no sugar, or carbonation. Partial refunds after selections came up “sold out”. Empty coffee urns at breakfast, and overflowing garbage bins with no staff in sight. Not what I expect in a hotel of this price.
