Lacol Khao Yai - A Chatrium Collection Reviews

Booked this hotel due to its location to the places we wanted to explore and we previously had a good experience with another Chatrium hotel. However, the service was not that great. There was an issue with the toilet bowl flushing even after an initial check by the staff. We had four pax but only two sets of towels, room slippers etc were given. Despite us calling the front desk about it, the delivery did not come. The restaurant only had a record of two pax purchase of breakfast, before I showed them my payment for four pax. Buffet spread was not fantastic so do not expect a lot.

The hotel is located in an ideal location whereby you can visit the various tourist attractions and cafe in less than 25 minutes . The hotel breakfast was ok and they have choices. The only downside is that the toilet flushing system was not working well. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Our stay at Lacol Hotel Khao Yai was truly delightful. From the moment we arrived, the hotel's warm and friendly atmosphere stood out, especially on Children's Day when our daughter was warmly greeted by a clown and received a charming flower balloon. The staff's politeness and helpfulness were remarkable, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay for us. The room provided was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, contributing greatly to our overall comfort. But what really took our breath away was the stunning Mountain View from our room, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop that enhanced our experience. Lacol Hotel Khao Yai has left a lasting impression on us with its exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and beautiful surroundings. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Khao Yai for a memorable stay.

- Good service, great location and excellent pool. - Run down facilities with poor maintenance and very hard beds. - Bathrooms that have seen much better days! - Toilets that don't flush!

It’s a nice clean hotel. We booked a room with 2 queen size bed. No real time to spend in hotel except for the pool. Breakfast spread was decent, not great.

The hotel is located in good spotted highlight areas. The hotel is no facilities a lot but it is ok to have B&B.

Great spot for our honeymoon. Loved to come by again if i swing pass Khao Yai!

Beautiful hotel surrounded by forest greenery. Great amenities, staff are friendly and efficient. Location is within walking distance of great restaurants and a short drive to the National Park. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Khao Yai.

Great room with huge size. It's clean, near the Hokkaido Flower Park, serene. There's great breakfast as well! The only downside of the room is there's no bathtub and only 1 shower head that can't really move (attached to the wall).

The location was outstanding and service was exccelent. I would recommend cleaning the room better because i saw things near my bed that was not supossed to be there like nails and other things

Disappoint! I paid extra price to book mountain view room. But I got the construction view instead. Very sad to this exp.
