This is the most unique and beautiful hotel we have ever booked. It was the perfect place to celebrate 42 years of marriage. John the manager greeted us and gave us the history of the design, renovation, art and a tour. The breakfast alone at the Marc Fosh restaurant was worth the 5 star rating, the 6 course dinner was over the top. This is a must visit property, we will be back.

Hotel is beautiful and peaceful with impeccable service from staff. Location is great for exploring old town Palma. Rooftop pool and lounge area nicely done and relaxing, and free water in your room and at pool was a bonus. We didn’t get a chance to use the spa, but hot tub and sauna are included and area looks very relaxing.

This hotel and everything about it was perfect in every way. The service was superb by everyone - all the reception, bar and breakfast personnel. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful within this old building brought back to life so tastefully. Breakfast was an absolute pleasure - the fruit offering alone is worth taking breakfast here. The room was gorgeous - peaceful and luxurious, with such a wonderful bed full of pillows. Every small thing was thought of and the endless supply of water was very welcome - plus the lovely little touches at turn down. The location of this hotel is also perfect within the old town yet close to public transport - trains and buses. I had a wonderful break thanks to Joan and his team - thank you all so very much.

Excellent service and beautiful scenery. Staff was very accommodating and provided us with everything we could possibly need. Very conveniently located near the city center. Felt very cozy and relaxing for being so close to everything.

From check in to check out, the whole experience was wonderful, faultless even. From every member of staff to the super luxury bedding, the antiquity of the building and what they've done with it, the food, the cocktails, the roof terrace, the wellness area, everything was perfect. This is a beautiful boutique hotel that is well located but it’s the staff (Joan and Federica) in particular that made our stay especially wonderful. We’ve stayed at some lovely places but never experienced this level of customer service. Thank you for making our stay so special!

We loved the whole experience from the first moment we arrived till departure. Gorgeous, unique hotel, lovely, friendly outstanding team, from who you can tell they enjoy their work and do their utmost to help you, beautiful spacious rooms with the best beds! Cherry on the pie was spa and the Marc Fosh restaurant in the same hotel. Absolutely recomendable for a great few days away to relax and enjoy the Isle.
