Holiday Inn Paris Opéra - Grands Boulevards

I really think I made an excellent choice with this hotel, and I want to pat myself on the back! The location is super convenient, right on the main road (this is so important!). We walked to all the sights except Versailles, averaging 20,000 steps a day to avoid pickpockets. There's also a metro station right outside. Among all the places we stayed on our France and Italy trip, this hotel had the most complete facilities, even providing disposable slippers. The cleanliness was great, the service was smooth, and the hotel felt quite new! There are tons of places to eat nearby; right outside is the best crêpe place in Paris, next door is an affordable Saizeriya, and also the incredibly delicious Rosie Lou!

The front desk service and the gentleman working at breakfast were both super nice! The location is absolutely fantastic. Our room was initially very small, but they kindly moved us to a bigger one, which I really appreciate. Breakfast was also good. Thanks for the good services!

The room was a bit small, so I requested a change and they moved me to another one.

The bed was way too small! There wasn't enough room for two people to even turn around. Plus, the soundproofing in the room was terrible; I could hear everything happening outside the door so clearly! The street downstairs felt chaotic and noisy with all sorts of people. This is definitely not a good place to stay!

Decent overall, clean, and the front desk service was good, but the room was a bit small.
