AC Hotel Paris Porte Maillot by Marriott

The hotel facade is average in size, and the front desk is quite simple, giving it the feel of a budget hotel back home. It seems most guests here are business travelers. We had an early flight, and to our surprise, the front desk gave us our rooms ahead of time when we checked in. I booked two rooms, and they gave us a connecting family room, which was super convenient. Our room was near the elevator, but the soundproofing was excellent; we didn't hear any strange noises. Occasionally, we'd hear an ambulance outside, probably because it's close to a main road. Overall, we were quite satisfied with the room size and cleanliness. The room had a peeler and a bottle opener, which was a really thoughtful touch. There were no complimentary bottled water, but there was a glass water bottle, and you could refill it with iced or sparkling water by the elevator. The breakfast was plentiful every day, although it didn't change much during our three-day stay. Check-out time is 12 PM, which is quite generous for Europe, and you can try asking the front desk for a late check-out. In terms of transport, it's a bit far from the subway station, about a 10-minute walk. If you're with a group, taking an Uber might be more convenient.

Extremely convenient, with the subway station just a short walk away. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it. The service was excellent.

The room cleaning was a bit perfunctory; they didn't take away the old towels but simply left new ones alongside them. However, aside from that, everything else was great. The Christmas tree in the hotel lobby was beautiful.
